Well, more political correctness just run amok!

This just makes me madder than a horn toad in a tub of bacon. I just don’t understand how folks can up and change what’s been around for years and years and years. Those governor fellers musta felt like a one legged whore at a ice cream supper. Changing the state song. Dumber than a sack full of donkies in North Dakota. Well shoot, next they will want to get rid of that Injun head at the U of F. GO NOLES!

Now them Seminole Injuns say it’s OK for UF to use their tribe name. If’n we could just get a bunch of darkies together, we could save the state a lot of trouble changing all that music.

The contest to find a new state song for Florida to replace “Old Folks at Home” has been narrowed to three finalists from among 243 entries, the Tampa Tribune reports.

Floridians can vote online until Jan. 11 and the winner will be written into legislation sponsored by the two lawmakers who are behind the search, the newspaper reports.
