I have a big crush on like to look at Robin Meade of CNN Headline News (HLN to us insiders.)

The “Robin & Company” morning show on Headline News features an ensemble that includes lead anchor Robin Meade; news correspondent Richard Lui; meteorologist Bob Van Dillen and “Your Money” correspondent Jennifer Westhoven.

I like the rest of the ensemble too, but they could have P.F. Chang, Little Lulu, Underdog, and Michael Milken doing the other reports, and I’d still watch just to see Robin.

Yeah, sometimes she can’t read the news very well. But I think it’s because she has done the same story over and over and over since 6 am EST and I don’t start watching until 8 am EST, so I give her benefit of it being close to the end of her shift. I mean, look at that face!

How could I not give her a break?

Not to mention her lusty laugh .

Every morning she tells me I can get “an email especially for me.” Well, here’s my shot. I signed up and got my first email from Robin today.

Here are a private couple nuggets, I felt it would be OK to share. I don’t think she would mind.

what’s up with the markets? certainly not their numbers.
overnight, investors in hong kong and tokyo had a stressful
day. europe (at the time i’m writing this) isn’t looking
great. of course, it leads me to wonder about today’s u.s.
markets.

Don’t you just love how she had a play on words using “sicked”? She signed off with an adorable:
