September 2014 Rain Report for Atenas Costa Rica
‘Tis the season… leading up to the rainiest month of the year, September 2014 brought 21.5 inches of rain on seventeen days. Most mornings start out sunny and dry, but by noon to 2 pm the thunderstorms move in for an hour. After that the clouds roll in, but by sundown it’s often clear again.
The government weather experts predict this year the rainy season will end the week of November 5.
Happy days.
Hmmm, that video looks like what I’m seeing outside now near Houston, Texas! If we end up choosing CR, we’ll feel right at home in the “green season”.
